Refund policy

COUNSELLE COLLECTION® RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

 

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item*.

Your refund will be provided via store credit in the form of a COUNSELLE COLLECTION® gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item[s] are delivered to us. To start your return and receive your store credit, please submit your request in writing to: info@counsellecollection.com. Returns are subject to a 10% restock fee.

COUNSELLE COLLECTION® is not responsible for items that cannot be delivered to their destination because of an incorrect/undeliverable address. It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping/billing information for accuracy prior to completing the order. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued due to an incorrect address. If the package is returned to COUNSELLE COLLECTION® due to an incorrect address, the order will be canceled and shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
