COUNSELLE COLLECTION® SHIPPING POLICY
You will receive your order between 5-15 business days after purchasing. Please keep in mind that many of our items [e.g., clothing, some mugs, stationery] are made to order and may require longer process times than other items [i.e., candles, jewelry, handmade items].
Please allow up to 72 hours from the time you receive your shipping confirmation to see package movement. Some shipping carriers may experience delays. When tracking your order you may see a "label created" or "on its way" status for several days but try not to be alarmed! This tends to be more common during peak seasons [i.e., graduations, beginning school, bar exam results, etc.], instances of severe weather, and/or major Holidays [i.e., Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, etc.] while Elle works through the production/fulfillment process and/or the shipping carriers work through a higher volume of packages. We appreciate your patience!
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. COUNSELLE COLLECTION® does NOT take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect or incorrectly entered address information provided at the time of purchase.
COUNSELLE COLLECTION® is not responsible for packages once in the possession of the carrier. Once the order is shipped, it is up to the customer to file the appropriate claims with USPS/UPS/FEDEX.
In the event that your package is missing or stolen, we will do our best to assist you in locating/replacing your order. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted in writing to: info@counsellecollection.com no later than 5 days after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
