        Submission Requirements:

        -Resume
        -Unofficial Transcript
        -Essay (500–750 words) responding to: How does your background, leadership, and commitment to justice align with BMLA’s mission? Describe how you’ve served your community and how BMLA can support your personal and professional journey. 

         

          Deadline: June 10, 2025

          Submission Requirements:

          -Send an email to: mandour@mandourlaw.com titled “Trademark Scholarship” 
          -Attach your resume to the email as a PDF 
          -Essay of no more than 500 words, included in the body of the email. TOPIC: What will you be known for when your career is over? What will your personal brand be? How will you impact society? How will the $2500 help you achieve your goals? 

           

            Deadline: June 11, 2025

            Submission Requirements:

            -Application Form
            -Proof of Enrollment at a law school [i.e., Acceptance Letter,  Law School Transcript, Official Class schedule, etc.]
            -An essay of no more than 500 words that answers the following: Why do you want to pursue a career in the field of law? What goals do you hope to accomplish during your career? 

             

            Deadline: June 13, 2025

            Submission Requirements:

            -Completed application form 
            -An acceptance letter from an accredited law school in the U.S. [new students] or an unofficial transcript from an accredited law school in the U.S. [current students] 
            -Essay [200-300 words]. TOPIC: You’re starring in the pilot episode of a new legal drama about investment fraud. Write the opening scene where your character takes on their first high-stakes case. 

             

            Deadline: June 15, 2025

            Submission Requirements:

            -Completed application form 
            -A 1-to 2-minute video discussing your commitment to your university of choice and the community or communities you hail from.

            Submission Requirements:

            -Completed application form 
            -Proof of enrollment, personal identification, and additional required documents on the application form. 
            -Essay [1000 words] TOPIC: What does your community mean to you? Discuss your commitment to both your school and the larger community. Provide examples of ways that you have benefited from and helped enrich the communities in which you are involved. 

             

            Deadline: June 15, 2025

            Submission Requirements:

            -Completed application form 
            -Personal, contact, and academic Information as detailed in the application form. 
            -Application Video [2-3 minutes] answering the question: Should the right to a jury trial be expanded or restricted in injury cases? 

             

            Deadline: June 15, 2025

            Submission Requirements:

            -Completed application form 
            -Personal, contact, and academic Information as detailed in the application form. 
            -A 1-to 2-minute video answering the questions: How have you engaged in meaningful community service? What leadership skills have you developed through that engagement? How do you intend to foster positive change with your continued work in community development? 

             

            Deadline: June 30, 2025

            Submission Requirements:

            -Completed application form 
            -Proof of acceptance or attendance at an accredited United States college, university, or graduate school. 
            -A 3-minute video answering the questions: How do you think you can improve the current personal injury law system? How do you think you can better help/protect society with a law degree/as a graduate of Law Studies?

             

            Deadline: July 1, 2025

            Submission Requirements:

            -Completed application form 
            -Copy of college acceptance letter or transcript from law school as proof of status as a law school student.
            -Essay [1000 words or more] TOPIC: The Texas State Bar for Attorneys (as well as other state bar organizations) highly encourages attorneys to perform pro bono work. The essay should focus on the importance of providing free legal services to those who cannot afford it, and why this is beneficial to the community at large and to the legal system as a whole.
